Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about partnering with NIB Direct.

How does the performance-based pricing model work?

You only pay for qualified leads that meet your pre-defined criteria in your intake documents. We assume all the financial risk for campaign performance, media buying, and lead generation. There are no upfront costs, retainers, or monthly minimums. Just pre-pay for the cases you want delivered and we'll get to work. We don't guarantee every case is perfect—only that they answered the questions you gave us on the intake process. All calls are recorded to validate this. We can't be responsible for what plaintiffs say on the call, only that we did our job.

What makes a lead "qualified"?

Each campaign has specific qualification criteria based on the tort requirements. Our intake team screens every lead to verify injury type, timeline, product usage, and other relevant factors before passing them to your firm. You define the criteria; we ensure compliance.

How quickly can we start receiving leads?

Most campaigns can be launched within 1-2 weeks of signing our agreement. We handle all creative development, compliance review, and media buying. Once live, leads typically start flowing within the first few days.

What volume of leads can you deliver?

Volume depends on the campaign and your capacity. We scale to meet your needs—whether you need 50 leads per month or 5,000. We'll work with you to set realistic expectations based on market conditions and your intake capacity.

How do you ensure compliance with legal advertising rules?

We maintain strict compliance protocols including state bar rule adherence, FTC guidelines, and TCPA regulations. All creative is reviewed by compliance specialists, and we maintain documentation for every lead touchpoint.

What information do you provide with each lead?

Each lead includes a signed retainer, full contact information, detailed injury/exposure history, relevant dates, and any supporting documentation collected during intake. All data is delivered through our secure dashboard with full audit trails.

Do you offer exclusive leads?

Yes, all leads are delivered exclusively to a single law firm. We never resell or share leads. Once a lead is assigned to your firm, it's yours alone.

What is your lead return policy?

We stand behind our intake process. If a lead doesn't meet your criteria due to our intake agent failing to ask the right questions or misinterpreting answers, we'll replace it. Our goal is delivering leads that match your specified intake parameters.

How do you handle claimant communications?

All our partner intake centers are trauma-informed and trained to handle sensitive communications with empathy and professionalism. We understand that many claimants are dealing with serious injuries or traumatic experiences.

Can we integrate with our existing case management system?

Yes, we offer API integrations and can work with most major case management systems. We also provide CSV exports and direct delivery options if you prefer.

Do you sell cases?

No, we don't sell cases—we generate leads. Marketing can't guarantee the perfect case; it delivers qualified leads that meet your intake criteria. Once a signed retainer is delivered to your firm, case development and client care are your responsibility. Facebook won't credit us back for all the clicks we paid for that didn't turn into cases, so we can't credit either.

What if a claimant provides false information?

We're a marketing company, not lie detectors. Our intake team verifies information to the best of their ability based on what claimants report, but we can't guarantee the truthfulness of every statement. If a lead is later found to contain materially false information that wasn't discoverable during intake, we'll work with you on a case-by-case basis.
